Hello Everyone!
Apologies for the none birds post but I have special reasons. As you may/may not have gleaned from the blog before, my dad has terminal lung cancer (thankfully in remission at present). Because of a combination of this and my desire to be a little healthier (I am too fat and too lazy) I have decided to run the Jane Tomlinson York 10k for Macmillan Cancer Support.
